Title: Financial Services Operations Representative III - Transaction Processing

Location: Hybrid ? Quincy, MA or Kansas City, MO

The Transaction Processing team is responsible for six participant-level transactions: contributions, enrollments, distributions, transfers, exchanges, participants' account maintenance, & plan account maintenance. Flexible workforces leveraged in multiple locations, automated workforce management tools, and a centralized processing management structure maximize resource utilization and minimize cost. In addition, we leverage a quality methodology that utilizes standard processes and technological automation to focus directly on critical-to-quality processing components.

What You Get To Do:

• Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service to our customers by processing financial service requests with efficiency and accuracy.
• After attending formal training, execute service requests, which include purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, account maintenance and new account set-up.
• Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives within current role; bringing a quality mindset to all aspects of the work.
• Review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed for quality improvement purposes.�
• Work collaboratively within a virtual environment to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
• On occasion, work with clients over the phone in order to resolve complex issues.�
• Utilize internal and external resources to maintain a working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends.

The Impact You Will Make:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-year work-related experience. �
• Service-related skill sets with ability to maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and with strong problem solving and resolution skills.
• Strong collaborative and team working skills, solid written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and flexible with change.
• Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to navigate and toggle between multiple programs simultaneously to perform daily functions. �����
• Prior experience and/or course work related to banking, investment or financial services preferred.
• Access to high-speed internet in order to meet remote work requirements.
